Where Do I Start???

What you are experiencing is new to you, but those of us that have gone through had figured out a few ways to cope and actual gain valuable insight from it. Let us share with you a true story of one of our Back on Track Network alumni.

A Back on Track Story

After many years in the same company, John was very comfortable with his job and enjoying a successful career. He was enjoying a comfortable life in the company of friends and family.

A change in the economy forced John’s company to restructure and he was laid-off along with many others. John was totally unprepared for this event; he had no résumé and much less a cover letter; he did not know where to start his job search, how to research for potential employers, or how to prepare for an interview. On top of it all, his financial situation did not allow for a long unemployment.

In a short time, his worst nightmare realized; the economy further deteriorated and his unemployment extended beyond any expectations.

John felt depressed and his marriage and family were also suffering. He started to think that God had abandoned him. Then he learned about Back on Track and began to attend the weekly meetings. The sessions helped John gain confidence for the interview process through a solid process of preparation, perseverance and prayer.

Thanks to the support provided by Back on Track, John was able to identify his God-given talents and transferable skills. He discovered the intersection of his true vocation –his passion– and God’s will for his life! John´s mood improved dramatically and his faith was strengthened. He recovered his dignity and in a short time landed a fulfilling career in an industry and functional area that he had never dreamed of pursuing!

With your help, we will continue our mission, replicate John’s success and help others get Back on Track.

A Few Testimonies

We all have a unique purpose and we are here to manifest it in our work. Back on Track provides me with the opportunity to share that message. I know that God enables me to touch more people through this network.

About 3 years ago, I was laid off from my job 2 weeks after I had bought a townhouse. I was shocked, worried and at a loss. I came to the Back on Track ministry at m my job 2 weeks after I had bought a townhouse. I was shocked, worried and at a loss. I came to the Back on Track ministry at that time.

What impact has this ministry meant to me? Let me start with the practical side. The presenters were all wonderful. I learned how to improve my resume, interviewing and presentation skills, networking tips, and job search ideas.

Through Jennifer Richardson, I learned about obtaining an educational grant, and attended a class at Fast Train. As a result, I quickly obtained my A+ computer certification, which is a nationally recognized designation.

At some point I felt as if the Lord has abandoned me. And of course He had not! I received assurance that God is always with me, and he has a plan for my life. I can’t express how much the spiritual focus and support of this group meant to me. I left each meeting with a renewed energy for my job search.

Let me end with my favorite scripture verse: “For His anger lasts only a moment, but His favor lasts a lifetime. Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” Psalm 30.5

God bless.

I have watched Art Rodriguez and Felipe Gomez nurture, support, and advance the goals of “Back on Track”. They have provided a comfortable, loving and educational environment for those whose career is in transition.

I am honored to be asked to be a part of this wonderful organization, an organization that provides practical, spiritual and motivational support to so many deserving individuals.

This message is at the same time a testimony of how the Lord is acting through the Back on Track Net and an expression of thankfulness to the Lord, the Group and you personally. You gave me the telephone number of our sister Gizelle Ortiz-Velazquez. She referred me to a company that runs call centers.

I passed the tests and two interviews and was hired. I will start on February 13th. So, I am back on track!!!!

I want everyone to know how the Lord is blessing our group and to encourage people who want to be “back on track” to join the group and share the benefits of networking, counseling and encouragement that this group, which is definitely inspired and blessed by Our Lord Jesus Christ, so generously gives to everyone who approaches it.

God bless you!

It has been so rewarding working with the Back On Track ministry. As a speaker, I always hope to be able to teach someone something new, but every time I go to a meeting, I learn something new too! I look forward to working with BOT and learning with them.

I am delighted and blessed to have had the opportunity to work with the members of Back on Track Network, Inc. on several occasions. Each time I have attended a meeting whether as a presenter or member of the audience, I have always received much more than I could ever have given.

Listening to everyone’s story of what brought them to Back on Track Network, learning from the presenters who always deliver cutting edge information; witnessing and being part of a loving and supportive, yet highly professional group, is more than I could ever have imagined that I would find here.

Thanks for making me a part of the Back on Track family.
